  3. usually people with boats don’t fish in the marina, especially in Venice where there are tons of flats, rigs, and oyster reefs.

  4. @dustyflair That’s the first thing I thought. I racked up in Venice last year, but along the flats and oyster bars far away from the marina (like every other Louisiana fisherman does). I don’t understand this video. He’s speaking some language (maybe Arabic), which would explain his lack of fishing knowledge. However, the boat sort of contradicts that. Maybe he heckled a charter captain for $50 to drive him 100 yards from the launch and make a few casts.
