  1. I guess they like their tuna concrete bruised and sundried.  Disgusting .  We treat them like peaches.  They bruise easily and should be kept very well chilled.

  2. How is this the fishing capital. I live in New Bedford , Massachusetts and always figured we were second behind Tokyo. We have the largest Scallop fleet , clammers ,Cod , Haddock and various other ground fishing. Over 300 large commercial vessels

  3. There is something very wrong here ! the belly happens to be the best part of any Tuna! what is wrong with these people ??? someone tell them something if you can get in touch with them

  4. I reckon’ “Fishing Capital of The World” doesn’t have a single fisherman that who can value the best part of the Tuna, lol.
freakin’ fools butchering the fish and wasting best part of the fish which is “belly”
but scavenger Vietnamese getting the best part of the Tuna meantime redneck trying to make a joke with Vietnamese woman and asking if “she is picking the carcass for her restaurant for sell or self consume” Lol..
who is fooling who here, it is embarrassment for the Louisiana fishermen..

  5. Shame such great fish are handled so poorly. “Butchering” is an apt title for the video, as the handling is piss poor…..only in Merica.

  6. This isn’t the fishing capital of the world it is actually Florida more specifically islamorada which you can easily find by googling “what is the fishing capital of the world”.

  7. I would have done the same, like the woman did. I dont believe in wasting.???

  8. I’m not complaining, went fishing last year for tuna in Venice and I still have some in the freezer.

  9. The fin bone is the best part. The cheek is the most expensive part. The belly is the fattiest piece…..
