  5. Just to add a little clarification, Biting the heart is a baptism for YF tuna virgins here in the Northern gulf. You catch your first YF and you immediately take a bite. Great job Darcy and always great to see ppl embrace that tradition we have. Just a little added fun!

  26. Eating the heart of your first tuna is a right of passage. We do it with the raw striper cheeks. I know a lot of people will say cheeks? On large striper raw cheeks are amazing.
