Captain Ryan Lambert heads into the marshes between Venice and Buras, La. to go fly fishing for monster redfish.

Most people never associate fly fishing with saltwater fishing, but those that do may never land a bigger fish on a fly rod. As the red and black drum move into the marshes to hunt, they can’t seem to resist the topwater flies.

Capt. Lambert lands some trophy fish in the brackish waters of the Louisiana marshes right where the saltwater of the Gulf of Mexico meets the fresh water of the Mississippi River.

U don’t watch the news that states that the Gulf is still full of oil & it is sittin’ on the bottom of the ocean so no one can see it til it comes ashore or are u playin’ dumb?! C’mon now! People that think that there is nothin’ wrong with the Gulf’s water & seafood are TOTALLY wrong and are bein’ mislead! PLEASE go to OilFlorida’s channel and search the TRUTH people!
